I took my twin nephews who are three to a birthday party at Pump It Up. I thought the concept of having their own bouncing play room was great, the kids enjoyed the hour or hour and half they spent playing. The only part I'm going to complain about is that once that is done, the kids go into a separate room for cake and food and this part was very rushed...we sat down sang happy birthday-we had cake and then everyone gets rushed out cause the party is over. My nephews were furious cause they wanted to go back to the bouncing room again and they were not allowed, cause the room was now in use by another group party. I looked into the prices for party rentals and it is pretty expensive for the little time you there. I guess this only works out for people who are practical and they want a quick birthday celebration. It's perfect if you are inviting school mates that could only stay for 2-3 hours and you don't have to deal with entertaining the parents. You go in-celebrate-and then get out....and you don't have to deal with cleaning up afterwards which is the best part. If you are looking to have a big celebration for your kids which will include grandparents aunts/uncles cousins, friends etc....this will not work for you.

When you call pump it up it has the recorded voice where you have to press the numbers to let the recording know what you want. I hate that and when you want to talk to a person you have to press 9 and when you do i talked to this guy that sounded bored and it was pretty bad. I reccomend that either Awesome Bounce or Mgic Jump

This was the easiest and most fun we have ever had at our childs party. The staff took care of every detail and my husband and I actually enjoyed the party ourselves! We enjoyed having the party private and not other parties going on at the same time. We brought our cake and drinks, the staff set the party up while we played, and we all played! The rock wall was a huge hit with the adults as well as the kids. I think my daughters favorite part was the inflatable chair in the party room, she thought she was the Queen! Two thumbs up from the Lambert family!

First off they are kind of expensive for the short time you are there. Second The place isn't all that great and it all seems rushed. We had about 8 kids and 8 adults there and the place seemed to be very tiny. The party rooms are a joke. I figured it would be much better for the price. My time and money can be spent more efficiently else where. Next time I'll take my husbands advice and do it at home or at a park. I can probably save time and money and not have to deal with the smell of sweat. I wouldn't recommend it unless you don't mind dealing with the above.
